The most important target of this period of time is the first priority for export. The purposes are to make the linkage among raw material regions, to explore fishery potentials (sea raising and offshore fishing in our territorial waters, especially the Eastern South Sea region and Thailand Gulf. 

Export products must meet the various international markets’ demands, especially the ones of good quality and nice style. Each product should occupy one market as its main one, and then enlarge this market and the surroundings on principle of multilateral and diversified trade relations.
